Ittur Progressum AB is planning to build a new Shopping Park in Hyllinge, municipality of Åstorp. The Shopping Park is a new concept for trade, based on an English model. The ground area amounts to approx. 80,000 sq. m., with building permitted on approx. 35,000 sq. m.

The grounds adjoin route 110, the E4 and the E6. Accessibility to the area is very good, with a well-developed infrastructure with a catchment area encompassing almost 1.3 million people. This Shopping Park will in a suitable manner complement the existing commercial site in Hyllinge by offering a more comprehensive assortment for the entire family. The goal is to include a number of international players that as yet have no presence in Sweden.
NCM Donaldsons is commercially responsible for the project. NCM Donaldsons has, as commissioned by Ittur Progressum AB, produced a first conceptual idea for the area at the same time that leading chain companies have been contacted in order to ensure interest. Work on Hyllinge Shopping Park will begin during the fall of 2006 and be completed at the same rate that rentals are secured.

"I view very positively the investment that Ittur is planning to make in Hyllinge," says Jan Nilsson, municipal commissioner in Åstorp. "Every investor that is prepared to invest seriously in our municipality is welcome, and competition in the area of trade benefits the residents of our municipality as consumers. The possibility of more jobs in our municipality is also welcome."

"It is an extremely interesting construction project entirely in line with Ittur Progressum's busin
