NCM Donaldsons has been commissioned by the Norwegian insurance company Storebrand to let premises in House of Oslo and Vika Terrassen, in central Oslo.

House of Oslo is an interior design and furnishing house with tenants such as Illums Bolighus, Designtorget and Åhléns. On the same street is Vika Terrassen, which consists of four properties with mainly smaller, special fashion boutiques such as Laura Ashley and La Scada. There are also a number of more well-known tenants here such as Mango and Benetton.
