NCM Donaldsons has been commissioned by Zeolit Exploatering (owned by Peab and Fabege) to handle centre management at Lindhagen shopping centre, where Anders Emanuelsson is centre manager since the 1st of April.

Fabege and Peab has conducted a large scale reconstruction and renewal project in the western part of Kungsholmen, Lindhagen. The property has a total of 28 000 sq km, of which 18 000 sq km consist of shops and services and remaining parts of office areas.The shopping area dominates of ICA Maxi. Moving in date for the shopping centre in planned to the 12th of August 2009.
