Svenska Bostäder has commissioned NCM Development to participate in the development of the centres of Husby and Akalla

The renewal of the both centres is a part of the larger project Järvalyftet, a longterm investment to improve for residents in the area and to create a positive social and economical development in the surroundings of Järvafältet: Akalla, Husby, Kista, Rinkeby, Tensta and Hjulsta. The ambition is for Järva to be an attractive district to live in and where people want to move to - and stay in.
